Hadimba Devi Temple is one of the main religious and tourist attractions in Manali. The temple was built by Maharaja Bahadur Singh. The temple has a traditional wooden architecture you can see in Manali. The religious reference of the temple can be found in the epic Mahabharata.
The lush greens of the Deodhar trees and chirp of the birds make this place equally spiritual as inside of the temple. One can enjoy the true wonders of the creator simply by rolling their eyes from one view to another and still, your eyes would crave for more.
The smell of the cool breeze, the sound of the jingling bells, and the sensation within is enough evidence to feel the sense of divinity around this historic place which has earned a special place for worshippers from all across India.
The temple is situated at a 15 minutes hike through the woods from the hotel Rohtang Manalsu. In Adiyodi’s ten principles of yoga, one is “Saucha” describing the practice of cleanliness (inner and outer). Clean Himalayas has taken the responsibility to keep the outside clean and safe for devotees to be freely focussing on their inner cleanliness.
